Clawfoot is a deformity of the foot marked by very high arches and very long toes that tend to curl downwards. Clawfoot is a hereditary condition, but in rare cases can occur when muscles in your foot contract or become unbalanced due to nerve or muscle disorders. It is possible to develop foot pain with or without the risk factors listed below. However, the more risk factors you have, the greater your likelihood of developing foot pain.
